Ponsse publishes 2025 Annual Report

Forest machine manufacturer Ponsse Oyj has released its Annual Report for 2025, now available on the company's website. This publication consolidates the company's financial and sustainability information for the year.
The Annual Report comprises the financial statements, the Board of Directors' report, and the included sustainability report. It also features reports from the auditor and external assurance on sustainability reporting. Corporate governance and remuneration reports are also part of the release.
The sustainability report was prepared according to the Finnish Accounting Act and European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). Information has been assured by an external provider, KPMG Oy Ab, in accordance with the ISA 3000 standard.
The financial statements are published in machine-readable XHTML format, adhering to European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) requirements. KPMG Oy Ab has provided an independent auditor's reasonable assurance report on Ponsse's consolidated financial statements according to ISAE 3000.
