Porsche has unveiled the 2027 model year of its all-electric Cayenne, bringing several new equipment options to the lineup. Key updates include the availability of power-operated doors and a new generation of massage seats that integrate with the vehicle's audio system.

The four doors of the vehicle can now be equipped with an electric opening function. The system activates with a light pull on the door handle, and the doors complete their opening sequence automatically. Users can control the doors from inside the cabin via buttons, from the exterior by pulling the handle, or through the Porsche Communication Management (PCM) system's display. Remote operation via the digital key is also possible. The system includes safety features that prevent door opening if obstacles or approaching vehicles are detected. Manual door operation remains a standard function.

A new massage system is integrated into the seats, featuring 4D audio that syncs massage functions with music. The front seats are equipped with a total of 16 airbags and 6 acoustic vibration units for an immersive experience. The system offers five distinct massage programs, with adjustable intensity and vibration settings. The acoustic vibration units within the seats enhance the music listening experience, extending it into a fourth dimension.

Settings for the massage programs and 4D audio can be adjusted via the central infotainment screen. The massage and 4D audio features can also be integrated with the ambient lighting system, which now includes three calming modes. These modes utilize massage, vibration, and curated soundscapes to create a more relaxing cabin atmosphere.

Additionally, the all-electric Cayenne gains access to Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur's extensive color program, increasing the total number of paint options to 105. Interior customization options include expanded leather packages and trim elements. Deliveries for the new all-electric Cayenne models are scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2027, with prices starting at $109,000.
