Porsche Creates Toy Story-Inspired 911 Models for Charity

Porsche Cars N.A. has unveiled three specially commissioned Porsche 911 sports cars. These single-edition models, created by the manufacturer's Sonderwunsch program, draw inspiration from the characters Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and Jessie from Disney and Pixar's upcoming Toy Story 5.

Two of these concept vehicles have been revealed: a 911 GT3 RS representing Buzz Lightyear and a 911 Targa 4 GTS honoring the character Jessie. A third model, a Woody-inspired 911 Carrera T, is also in development. These vehicles merge Porsche's sports car heritage with recognizable elements from the beloved Toy Story characters, developed in collaboration with Disney and Pixar.

All three unique automobiles are slated for sale through a charitable auction. Proceeds will benefit three organizations: Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, the American Red Cross, and the Starlight Children’s Foundation. This initiative aims to connect automotive artistry with popular entertainment to support significant causes.

The Buzz Lightyear-themed 911 GT3 RS incorporates design cues from the character's spacesuit, featuring specific colors and details, including a rear wing designed to mimic the character's pop-out wings. The Jessie-inspired 911 Targa 4 GTS utilizes the cowboy character's color palette and style. Details for the third car, the Woody-represented 911 Carrera T, have not yet been fully disclosed. These bespoke models were meticulously designed through the Porsche Sonderwunsch program, incorporating specially developed materials.
