Porsche Launches 911 GT3 Special Edition for Nürburgring's 100th Anniversary
Porsche is releasing a limited edition 911 GT3 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Nürburgring race track. Only 100 units will be produced and sold exclusively in Germany.
Porsche has unveiled a special edition 911 GT3, named "100 Jahre Nürburgring," to mark the 100th anniversary of the iconic Nürburgring race track next year. The German automaker is limiting production to just 100 units, available solely for the German market.
The car comes in two color options: white or metallic silver, with optional green accents referencing the Nürburgring. It features a "Green Hell" emblem on the front fender. Buyers can select a unique number between 0 and 999 to be displayed on the hood, doors, and rear window, signifying exclusivity. The special edition is fitted with unique forged aluminum wheels, 20 inches at the front and 21 inches at the rear, finished in a "California" gold paint.
Under the hood, the car features the standard 4.0-liter naturally aspirated flat-six engine. Customers can choose between a 7-speed PDK dual-clutch transmission or a 6-speed manual gearbox. Porsche also offers an optional Manthey kit for upgrades to the suspension, brakes, and aerodynamics.
The interior includes unique touches like "Welcome to the Green Hell" illuminated door sill panels and Nürburgring-specific LED door projectors. The cabin is primarily upholstered in black leather and Race-Tex material, with cross-pattern decorative stitching on the dashboard and upper door panels.
Buyers will also receive a complimentary Chronograph 1 special edition watch. Pricing details have not yet been released, with deliveries scheduled to begin in 2027. Pre-orders are set to open next month.
