Porter Acquires Pareto Intelligence to Integrate Analytics with Care Delivery
Health technology firm Porter has acquired Pareto Intelligence to combine population-level health data analytics with clinical care coordination services.

Porter has finalized the acquisition of Pareto Intelligence, a firm specializing in clinical, quality, and risk adjustment analytics. The transaction integrates Pareto’s data capabilities into Porter’s existing technology platform, which focuses on health plan engagement and patient care management.
The acquisition is intended to bridge the gap between identifying population health needs through data and executing medical interventions. By combining Pareto’s analytical insights with Porter’s platform—which includes social determinants of health tracking and home-based care coordination—the company aims to provide health plans with a singular tool for managing member outcomes within Medicare, Medicaid, and ACA markets.
Brandon Solomon, formerly General Manager of Pareto Intelligence, has joined Porter as Chief Commercial Officer. According to the company, the merger is designed to enable more precise member targeting and lower overall medical costs. Executives from the combined entity are scheduled to discuss these updated capabilities at the RISE HEDIS & Quality Improvement Summit in Baltimore in early November 2026.
