Poster Illustrates Grass-to-Milk Process and Related Educational Materials

The association Landesvereinigung der Milchwirtschaft Niedersachsen e.V. has launched a new A1-sized poster titled "Aus Gras wird Milch" (From Grass to Milk). The material is designed to visually explain to primary school children how milk is produced and what products can be made from it.

The poster specifically focuses on illustrating the process of rumination, which is key to how cows convert fodder into milk. In addition to the physical poster, the association offers digital educational content that delves deeper into the subject. Further explanations of rumination can be found in "My KuhTube Kids" videos, where a character named Helmut answers questions posed by child reporter Vitoria.

Direct online orders are currently unavailable due to technical issues. The association requests that customers send their desired product orders via email to landesvereinigung@milchland.de. The poster is also available for download as a PDF for self-printing, with a maximum of five posters per order.

Landesvereinigung der Milchwirtschaft Niedersachsen e.V. is a regional organization promoting dairy farming and consumption in Lower Saxony, Germany. Their website provides information on the milk production chain and related products. Additional resources for learning about the topic are available on the "Milchland" and "Milchprofis" sections of their website.
