Potomac Bank Hires Gail Moxley to Expand Residential Lending
Potomac Bank Residential Lending has appointed Gail Moxley as Senior Vice President, Senior Mortgage Loan Officer to grow the company's mortgage loan originations.

Charles Town, W.Va. – Potomac Bank Residential Lending has appointed Gail Moxley as Senior Vice President, Senior Mortgage Loan Officer. Ms. Moxley will focus on increasing mortgage loan originations in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia, and will also originate loans in all 50 states.
Ms. Moxley brings over 25 years of banking experience, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Mortgage Banker at CNB Bank. Her background includes roles in loan management, retail banking, and collections.
A dedicated community member, Ms. Moxley serves on the board of Berkeley Senior Services and is involved with the Home Consortium of the Eastern Panhandle and the Rotary Club of Martinsburg. Her appointment supports Potomac Bank's focus on community engagement.
Potomac Bank, with total assets of $976 million as of March 31, 2026, operates nine branches and two loan production offices serving the Eastern Panhandle, Washington County, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. The bank aims to expand its services in the residential lending market.
