Potts Law Firm files fourth lawsuit against xAI over alleged AI-generated child abuse material

Potts Law Firm has initiated a fourth civil lawsuit against xAI, the developer of Grok AI. The suit alleges that the company's artificial intelligence system generated child sexual abuse material, with this case involving a minor male victim.

The lawsuit, filed in Fayetteville, Arkansas, follows three previous legal actions brought by the firm against xAI on similar grounds. This marks the fourth family to seek legal recourse for alleged harm caused by the AI technology, according to the law firm.

Attorneys for the plaintiffs claim that xAI's AI systems have produced content that violates laws and causes severe distress to minors. The litigation seeks damages and other legal remedies.

xAI has not yet publicly responded to the fourth lawsuit. The company has previously denied responsibility for AI-generated content, citing its complex and unpredictable nature.
