Prada Blends Music and Eyewear Design in Berlin Event
EssilorLuxottica's Prada brand hosted "The Sound of Prada" in Berlin, an event dedicated to music, culture, and the launch of its new Prada Symbole eyewear collection.

Prada, part of the EssilorLuxottica group, held its "The Sound of Prada" event in Berlin in June, merging music, culture, and fashion. This year's event placed a significant emphasis on the Prada Eyewear category, specifically showcasing the new Prada Symbole collection through a dedicated installation at the historic Kranzler Eck.
The "Sound of Prada" series, which began in Paris in 2019, has previously visited London, Cannes, and Seoul, using iconic locations to amplify the brand's cultural narrative. Berlin was selected for its long-standing reputation as a hub for dynamic music and avant-garde expression.
Attendees experienced a performance by American artist Janelle Monáe, who performed a DJ set under her alter ego, DJ Johnny Jane. She was joined by DJs Christian AB and Channel Tres. The event also attracted numerous guests from the fields of film, music, and fashion.
The initiative aims to deepen Prada's connection with culture and society, offering invited guests and partners an immersive journey into the brand's creative universe and highlighting the synergy between product storytelling and musical atmosphere.
