Premier Inn Names Senior Acquisitions Manager for German Expansion
Premier Inn Investments has appointed Tom Goldscheider as Senior Acquisitions Manager, strengthening its team focused on expanding the hotel chain's presence in Germany.

Premier Inn Investments has appointed Tom Goldscheider as Senior Acquisitions Manager, effective August 2018. He joins the five-person acquisitions team responsible for driving the British hotel chain's expansion in Germany.
Goldscheider brings over 20 years of experience in the hotel industry. Previously, he was Director of Business Development at RBH (formerly Redefine BDL Hotels), where he oversaw the company's growth in Germany and Poland. He also held a partner role at Horwath HTL, a global hotel and tourism consulting firm.
Chris-Norman Sauer, Head of Acquisitions at Premier Inn Investments, stated that Goldscheider's extensive experience will be instrumental in supporting the company's growth. Goldscheider commented that Premier Inn's strong brand and financial backing provide significant opportunities for rapid expansion.
The company recently secured 19 hotels from Foremost Hospitality Group and has over 30 locations planned for opening by the end of 2020. Premier Inn is actively seeking land, existing hotels, and conversion properties in urban centers across Germany's 26 largest cities.
