Premier Inn opens second German hotel in Hamburg

British hotel chain Premier Inn is expanding its presence in Germany by opening its second hotel in Hamburg city center on February 28. The new 182-room Premier Inn Hamburg City (Zentrum) is located on the former Spiegel site and promises guests comfort and service at competitive prices.

The hotel's opening marks a significant milestone for the UK-based chain, which aims to operate at least 20 hotels in Germany by the end of 2020. Premier Inn's ambition is to become Germany's most popular hotel brand.

Premier Inn places a strong emphasis on sleep quality. The rooms feature high-quality Hypnos beds, a supplier to the British Royal Household. The rooms are soundproof and equipped with blackout curtains. The interior design blends traditional British style with comfort and a welcoming atmosphere.
