Premier Inn tops YouGov UK hotel rankings for Consideration and Value

Premier Inn has been ranked as the market leader in the UK hotel sector by YouGov's 2026 hotel rankings. The chain secured the top position in both Consideration and Value categories.

According to YouGov's data, 54% of UK adults likely to use travel or leisure services would consider Premier Inn first, a margin of 21 percentage points over its closest competitor. Premier Inn also ranked first among both business and leisure travellers for Consideration.

In terms of Value, Premier Inn achieved a net score of 48.7 according to YouGov BrandIndex. The report highlighted that Premier Inn stands distinctly apart from its competitors, ranking first for Consideration and Value, and second for Quality.

Premier Inn's 'hub by Premier Inn' brand, located in central London and Edinburgh, also featured in the rankings. YouGov noted that while the relationship between perceived Value and Quality is often weak across the hotel industry, Premier Inn successfully combines these strengths.
