Prevas appoints nomination committee for 2027 annual general meeting

Prevas has finalized the composition of its nomination committee for the upcoming 2027 annual general meeting. In accordance with corporate governance policies, the committee is composed of representatives from the three largest shareholders based on voting power recorded at the end of September 2026.

The committee includes Ulrika Grönberg, representing private shareholders and related parties, Per Vannesjö, representing Amymone and associated investment interests, and Robert Asplund of Advokatfirman Lindahl, representing DeVenture. Grönberg will serve as the committee chair.

The nomination committee is responsible for drafting proposals for the annual general meeting, including board member appointments and compensation structures. These recommendations will be presented to shareholders prior to the 2027 meeting.
