Pricer AB has formed a nomination committee to prepare proposals for the company's 2027 Annual General Meeting. The committee's formation aligns with a decision made at the shareholder meeting in May 2026.
The nomination committee includes representatives from the company's three largest shareholders. Confirmed members to date are Gert Steens, nominated by Sterling Strategic Value Fund S.A., and Göran Sundholm.
Bernt Ingman, Chairman of Pricer's Board, initiated contact with the largest shareholders to establish the committee. The committee can be joined by other shareholder groups who notify the Chairman of their intention to work jointly, though no such notifications have been received yet.
The committee's mandate includes preparing proposals for the upcoming annual general meeting, such as recommendations for board members, remuneration, and the election of auditors.
