PrimeBOT Personal Robots Receive Gold and Silver at A' Design Award
PrimeBOT Q1 and T1 robots were awarded gold and silver respectively at the A' Design Award ceremony in Milan, marking a new category for personal robotics.

At the A' Design Award ceremony held in Milan, PrimeBOT's Q1 robot received a gold medal and the T1 model a silver. These awards signify the first major recognition for the newly defined category of personal robots.
PrimeBOT distinguishes personal robots from industrial or service robots, describing them as companions designed around individuals rather than machines confined to specific functions or environments. The design philosophy rejects human-like replication in favor of minimalist geometry and a concealed form factor, aiming to reduce the distance technology can create. Materials selected for their warm touch and soft curves are intended to convey a sense of safety and integration into home surroundings.
The Q1 model stands at 80 cm with an open-source outer shell that allows for 3D-printed customization and swappable modules. The newer T1 model offers transformable movement, shifting between bipedal and quadrupedal modes while adhering to the same core design principles for domestic environments.
PrimeBOT has initiated market development in North America and Europe. The company previously received five awards at CES 2026. The A' Design Awards reinforce the company's objective to create machines that serve and accompany people.
