PrimeBOT Robotics Earns Gold and Silver at A' Design Awards
PrimeBOT's personal robots, Q1 and T1, have received Gold and Silver at the A' Design Awards in Milan. The awards recognize achievements in the new 'Personal Robot' category.

Milan – PrimeBOT's personal robot models Q1 and T1 were awarded Gold and Silver, respectively, at the A' Design Awards ceremony on July 17, 2026. These accolades represent the first global recognition for the emerging 'Personal Robot' category.
The company defines personal robots as distinct from industrial or service robots, focusing instead on human interaction and empowerment. These machines are designed as intelligent companions for everyday life, intended to be portable and integrated into domestic settings.
Both the Q1 and T1 models are designed with a minimalist aesthetic, featuring warm-touch materials and smooth curves to convey a sense of approachability. The Q1, standing at 80 cm, is designed to maintain a natural social distance. Its exterior shell is open-source, allowing for customization via 3D printing and interchangeable modules.
The T1 model, a more recent development, can transition between bipedal and quadrupedal stances while adhering to the same user-centric design principles. PrimeBOT is currently expanding its market presence in North America and Europe, following earlier recognition at CES 2026.
The A' Design Awards underscore PrimeBOT's objective: to create machines that understand, serve, and accompany people, rather than simply showcasing technological capabilities.
