Pringles launches hot dog buns in popular chip flavors

Pringles, known for its stackable potato crisps, has entered the bun market with a new, limited-edition line of hot dog buns. These "Pop Dog Buns" are infused with three of Pringles' most popular flavors: Sour Cream & Onion, BBQ, and Honey Mustard.

The company stated the intention was to transform a familiar food item into a novel snacking experience. The buns are designed to be approximately 7.5 inches long, fitting the dimensions of Pringles' iconic cylindrical cans. This move aims to add a new flavor dimension to the traditional hot dog assembly.

These flavored buns were made available through Pringles' official Instagram and Facebook Shops and the company website. They were offered for free with the purchase of a three-pack bundle of Pringles crisps in the corresponding flavors. The launch was timed to capitalize on the proximity to National Hot Dog Day, observed on July 15.
