Priority Pass Expands Airport Services and Technology
Airport lounge program Priority Pass is undertaking a significant expansion with a £500 million investment to broaden its network, enhance technology, and introduce AI features.

Airport lounge and travel experience program Priority Pass is set to significantly expand its offerings over the next several years. Collinson Group, the parent company, is launching a five-year, £500 million ($675 million) investment program aimed at growing the Priority Pass network, increasing lounge access, and accelerating the development of new technologies, including AI.
For travelers, this expansion is expected to result in more locations to use Priority Pass, personalized recommendations within its app, simplified management of multiple memberships, and a substantial increase in airport fast-track services. The company anticipates offering over 170 bookable fast-track lanes across more than 150 terminals and 130 airports worldwide within the next 12 months.
While expanding beyond traditional lounges, airport lounge access remains a core offering. The network already encompasses over 1,900 lounges and travel experiences globally, with plans to further bolster capacity to meet growing travel demand.
Priority Pass is also integrating advanced technology, including AI, into its mobile application. Future app versions are intended to provide users with tailored recommendations for lounges and other travel amenities based on their past behavior and current location. The program also aims to streamline the management of multiple Priority Pass memberships for users who hold more than one account, often through premium credit cards.
