EXP, a Toronto-based engineering and design consulting firm, has promoted Priscilla Ahn to Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary. The promotion enhances the company's legal and corporate governance leadership.
Ahn has been with EXP for over 14 years, bringing a deep understanding of the firm's North American operations. She has played a key role in updating the company's code of conduct, implementing governance best practices, and reviewing policies. Her legal team provides insights to support business leaders in making informed decisions.

Ahn holds a Master of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and a civil law degree from Université de Montréal. She is admitted to practice law in Ontario and New York, and previously earned an Honours Bachelor of Science in immunology from the University of Toronto before pursuing law.
