Proaction Secures $4.2M in Funding for Modern Fleet Management Platform
AI-native fleet management company Proaction announced $4.2 million in funding to build a modern platform alternative to legacy fleet management services. The company aims to provide greater visibility and lower costs for commercial fleets.

Des Moines, Iowa – Proaction, an AI-native company providing technology and services for fleet management, has announced a $4.2 million funding round. The funds will be used to develop and launch a modern platform designed to replace existing, often costly and fragmented, fleet management solutions.
The funding round was supported by new investors GTMfund, Breakers, and Aviso Ventures, with continued backing from Holman Growth Ventures and the Iowa Economic Development Authority. The investment aims to offer commercial fleets a more cost-effective and transparent alternative to traditional industry providers.
Proaction argues that many legacy fleet management companies rely on outdated software and processes. Their approach leverages AI agents instead of call centers, enabling fleet operators to manage their workflows through Proaction's service platform while reducing expenses.
CEO Drake Bauer stated that current technology allows for a complete rebuilding of fleet management, focusing on reducing costs, enhancing visibility, and streamlining operations. He believes Proaction is positioned to capture spend currently allocated to less efficient legacy systems.
The company plans to utilize the capital to accelerate product development, expand its AI-driven operations, and grow its team across engineering, operations, and customer success departments.
