Software company ProALPHA Group has acquired CP Corporate Planning AG, a provider of corporate management software. The acquisition expands ProALPHA's offerings with solutions for business planning and financial management.
ProALPHA Group, a provider of ERP software for SMEs, has acquired CP Corporate Planning AG, a software provider specializing in corporate management solutions. This strategic acquisition aims to enhance ProALPHA's innovation platform by integrating CP Corporate Planning AG's expertise in financial performance management.
CP Corporate Planning AG, based in Hamburg, has over 30 years of experience in offering software for operative controlling, integrated financial planning, and consolidation. The company serves more than 1,600 clients across various industries, including notable names such as Hellmann Worldwide Logistics and Deutsche Flugsicherung.
Eric Verniaut, CEO of ProALPHA, stated that the acquisition will support the company's strategy to create an innovation platform that links "Best of Breed" and "Best of Suite" solutions, providing customers with a competitive advantage. The integration is expected to enable efficient planning processes, quick forecasting, and scenario computations.
CP Corporate Planning AG will continue to operate as an independent company and brand within the ProALPHA Group. Its existing management team will remain in place to support the further development of the company, leveraging synergies in software integration, innovation partnerships, and international expansion.
