Proalpha Acquires Insiders Technologies to Enhance AI Solutions
Proalpha Group is acquiring Insiders Technologies to expand its AI capabilities and strengthen its business application offerings for SMEs.
Weilerbach, Germany – Proalpha Group announced today its acquisition of Insiders Technologies GmbH, a company specializing in AI-powered solutions for digital document processing and process automation. This move is set to significantly enhance Proalpha's Industrial AI Platform.
The integration of Insiders' technologies aims to deepen the capabilities within Proalpha's ERP and business applications. The acquisition is expected to bring Proalpha's AI expertise to a total of 500 specialists, building on previous acquisitions. The company also highlighted continued collaboration with AI research institutes.
Insiders Technologies, founded in 1998 as a spin-off from the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI), serves over 6,000 customers worldwide. Its offerings include intelligent document recognition and AI-supported automation for document-centric business processes.
Proalpha stated that Insiders' product portfolio will be available both integrated into Proalpha's systems and as a standalone offering, adhering to a best-of-breed strategy. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals, with Proalpha aiming to bolster its position in the AI solutions market for small and medium-sized enterprises.
