ProALPHA acquires tisoware to enhance digital process offerings
ProALPHA Group, a leading provider of ERP software for mid-sized companies, has signed an agreement to fully acquire tisoware, a market leader in time management systems in the German-speaking region. The transaction is subject to approval from the German Federal Cartel Office.
The two companies, which have a longstanding partnership of over two decades with approximately 300 joint customers, aim to jointly enhance their support for clients in digital transformation. This integration is expected to deepen their collaboration and accelerate the delivery of tailored digital solutions.
ProALPHA has over 25 years of market presence and serves around 2,000 customers worldwide. tisoware, with 33 years of experience in the DACH region, boasts over 2,500 customers across various industries. Both entities will continue to operate independently while working more closely to offer synergistic benefits.
Sabine Dörr and Michael Gruber, current managing directors of tisoware, will continue to lead the company. Dr. Friedrich Neumeyer, CEO of proALPHA, stated that tisoware's comprehensive solutions optimally complement proALPHA's offerings and open up new markets. This acquisition is part of proALPHA's strategy to accelerate customers' digital maturity by integrating time management and machine data capture with their core ERP system.
