Weilerbach, Germany – Proalpha Group, a provider of integrated business applications for mid-sized companies, has established a strategic sales partnership with SERVICE 1 GmbH. SERVICE 1 specializes in field service management solutions.

This partnership allows Proalpha to offer its customers more comprehensive field service solutions. These solutions will be seamlessly integrated with Proalpha ERP and the existing Empolis Service Express product, part of the Proalpha Business Applications Suite. Further integrations with other Proalpha Group products, such as Atoria for HR data exchange, are also planned.

SERVICE 1, headquartered in Paderborn, has developed field service management solutions for over 30 years, serving a variety of customer sizes. The company's approach to digitalizing field service processes, enhancing customer service, and improving resource planning efficiency has gained recognition from clients including Stiebel-Eltron, SMA Solar Technology AG, and Vaillant. SERVICE 1's solutions aim to reduce process costs by up to 20% while simultaneously increasing customer and employee satisfaction.

Carsten Müller, CEO of SERVICE 1, stated that the seamless integration of their solutions with Proalpha's ERP and business applications will enable Proalpha customers to transform traditional service processes into digital services, which is a strategic success factor.
