Proalpha Group Defines Company Mission, Vision, and Purpose
Software company Proalpha Group has defined its corporate mission, vision, and purpose. The new guidelines aim to support the company's growth and integration following acquisitions.

Proalpha Group, a provider of ERP software, has formally defined and announced its corporate mission, vision, and purpose. This initiative is part of the company's strategy to become the leading provider of ERP+ systems for the mid-sized manufacturing industry.
The new guiding principles were developed by an internal working group. According to the company, these statements serve as a navigational tool, helping Proalpha achieve its goals by fostering a cohesive and motivating corporate culture. The mission and vision are intended to keep the company oriented and inspired as it pursues its growth objectives.
Proalpha also emphasized the importance of defining its "purpose" – the deeper meaning behind its activities. The company views this as relating to its role in society and ensuring its "license to operate" among all stakeholders. This is particularly relevant given Proalpha's significant growth through acquisitions in recent years, unifying various company cultures.
Ronny Winkler, Head of Corporate Communications at Proalpha Group, stated that these guidelines are crucial for integrating disparate corporate cultures and building a unified identity amidst rapid expansion and potential remote work challenges. "Without a solid framework for a shared corporate culture based on common and lived principles, such integration projects are doomed to fail," Winkler said.
Proalpha believes that even mid-sized companies must now address significant societal issues such as sustainability and digital transformation. The company suggests that organizations, beyond economic goals, need to define their role and contribution to society to succeed in the current market landscape.
