Proalpha Group invests in French FMEA specialist Skill Software

Proalpha Group has strengthened its position in the quality management sector by acquiring a majority stake in Skill Software, a French company specializing in FMEA software. This strategic investment follows the recent acquisition of Böhme & Weihs, a long-standing partner of Skill Software.

Skill Software, located near Lyon, France, focuses on Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) software. The FMEA methodology is utilized to identify and mitigate risks early in the product development cycle. Its client base includes major companies such as Liebherr, Valeo, Total, and Thales.
