Proalpha Group Offers Cloud-Based Time Tracking Solutions
Proalpha Group's subsidiary tisoware has launched new cloud-based time tracking solutions to help companies comply with German court mandates for recording working hours.

The proALPHA Group, through its subsidiary tisoware, has introduced new cloud-based time tracking solutions designed to assist companies in adhering to the German Federal Labor Court's (BAG) ruling mandating the recording of working hours. These scalable systems aim to provide flexibility for businesses of all sizes in the era of remote work and evolving work models.
The BAG ruling on September 13, 2022, obliges employers to implement a system for tracking employee working hours. The tisoware offerings, "Next Level Cloud" and "My Business Cloud," are browser and app-based, eliminating the need for local hardware or software. They also facilitate the tracking of flexible working time models.
Markus Steinberger, CEO of tisoware, highlighted the challenges for traditional on-premises software providers in rapidly developing new systems. He cautioned against using unreliable methods such as Excel spreadsheets or handwritten notes, citing potential data security and leakage risks.
"Next Level Cloud" is targeted at smaller companies, offering quick setup and the ability to track hours via a web browser or app. This solution is available in three tiers: "entry," "extended," and "advanced," which include features like HR workflows, payroll interfaces, and team planning.
For medium-sized and larger enterprises, "My Business Cloud" is available in two packages: "SaaS" for web-based tracking and "Hosting," which allows for the connection of dedicated terminals and hardware. Both solutions also address European Court of Justice regulations on traceability and anti-forgery, managing security, backups, and updates as a cloud service.
