Weilerbach, Germany – Proalpha Group, a provider of integrated business applications for the mid-market, has established a strategic sales partnership with Service 1 GmbH, a company specializing in Field Service Management (FSM) solutions.

The partnership aims to enhance Proalpha's existing network and provide its customers with a comprehensive FSM solution. This solution will feature standard integration with Proalpha ERP and will complement the existing integration with Empolis Service Express, part of the Proalpha Business Applications Suite. Future integrations with other Proalpha Group products, such as Atoria for HR data exchange, are also planned.

Service 1, headquartered in Paderborn, has over three decades of experience developing FSM solutions for various industries and company sizes. Notable clients include Stiebel-Eltron, SMA Solar Technology AG, and Vaillant. The company's technology focuses on digitalizing field service processes, optimizing customer service, and improving resource planning, claiming potential cost reductions of up to 20%.
