Proalpha Group subsidiary Insiders Technologies to see management change
Andree Albrecht will join Insiders Technologies' management team in June 2026 and take over sole responsibility in October 2026.
Insiders Technologies, a subsidiary of Proalpha Group, is set to implement a change in its management structure. Andree Albrecht will join the management team in June 2026, working alongside current Managing Director Dr. h.c. Werner Weiss.
Effective October 1, 2026, Albrecht will assume sole responsibility for the management of Insiders Technologies, as Dr. h.c. Werner Weiss steps down. Weiss has led the company since its inception in 1998, establishing it as a significant player in applied artificial intelligence.
Under Weiss's tenure, Insiders Technologies has become an internationally recognized provider of AI-based process automation solutions. Eric Verniaut, CEO of Proalpha Group, acknowledged Weiss's contributions to the company's growth and its position as a spin-off from the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI).
Albrecht brings extensive experience from the software and platform sector within the Proalpha Group. His previous roles include Sales Director at Proalpha and management of the group company Corporate Planning, where he focused on strategic development and organizational alignment.
The transition is intended to ensure continuity while driving the company's strategic development and reinforcing its standing in intelligent automation and AI-driven business processes.
