The collaboration involves integrating Empolis Service Express, an AI-based cloud solution, directly into Proalpha's ERP system. This integration allows users of Proalpha's ERP solution to leverage intelligent knowledge management within their service operations. The system will provide access to digital assistants, predictive maintenance features, and self-service portals.
This integration is designed to support the digital transformation of medium-sized companies by providing a central digital hub where all relevant information converges. This data, enriched by AI, forms the basis for further digitalization efforts and the development of new service offerings.
