Proalpha Releases ERP Version 9.5

Proalpha Group has released version 9.5 of its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution, Proalpha ERP. The update focuses on integrating manufacturing execution systems (MES) and quality management systems (CAQ) into its Business Application Suite, aiming to provide enhanced control over production processes.

The new release enables real-time monitoring of work orders, optimization of cycle times, and direct processing of quality data. Proalpha ERP 9.5 supports hybrid IT landscapes, allowing customers to operate applications flexibly across on-premises and cloud environments. Open interfaces are designed to facilitate integration with existing systems.

Artificial intelligence (AI) features are incorporated to automate and optimize manufacturing processes. These AI capabilities aim to identify and eliminate inefficiencies by analyzing production data, potentially reducing cycle times. The release also includes new ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) features, enabling companies to calculate product carbon footprints directly within the ERP system, supporting sustainability efforts and regulatory compliance.
