Proalpha User Circle Conference Focuses on Future Technologies

Proalpha Group's autumn conference, held on November 13, 2025, brought together more than 250 attendees to discuss future technologies and the evolution of the company's ERP solutions. The meeting provided a platform for in-depth discussions on topics such as artificial intelligence (AI), advanced planning systems (APS), and digital product passports.

The day featured seven parallel working groups where Proalpha experts and customers addressed practical challenges and solutions. Notably, the working group for the machine-building industry identified a need for a best-practice guide for APS implementation. Within the automotive and technical wholesale groups, focus was placed on implemented improvements and future collaboration opportunities, including a planned "Electronic Day" event in 2026.

The AI working group identified several concrete use cases, demonstrating the topic's increasing integration within Proalpha's user base. The conference also presented organizational and digital reforms within the Proalpha User Circle, including a new Teams environment and the establishment of additional communities. A highlight of the day was the presentation of user demands, based on the third major member survey.

The event underscored the growing dialogue between Proalpha Group and its users. The conference reinforced a sense of shared direction towards increased collaboration, technological clarity, and joint projects where the user base actively shapes future solutions.
