ProxyN Launches Digital Coworkers for Hire Based on Outcomes
ProxyN has introduced a service where enterprises can hire AI agents with defined outcome accountability. Payment is tied to achieved results.
ProxyN, an AI company from Business Core Solutions (BCS), has launched enterprise digital coworkers for hire. Under its Agentic Service as a Software™ (ASaaS) model, customers and ProxyN agree on a Key Performance Indicator (KPI), baseline, and target before deployment. A portion of the monthly fee is contingent on meeting these targets.
The service aims to eliminate the uncertainty and lengthy implementation times often associated with traditional AI projects. ProxyN states that customers avoid separate platform licenses and open-ended consulting bills, instead hiring a digital coworker to deliver a specific business outcome.

The engagement follows three steps: Discover, Hire, and Retain, with pricing based on capability rather than seats or consumption. ProxyN offers a library of over 45 roles spanning nine enterprise value chains, such as Lead to Cash and Source to Pay. These digital coworkers operate within existing company systems and have defined permissions and logged actions.
