Publicis Communications Acquires Brazilian Agency One Digital
Publicis Groupe is expanding its presence in Brazil with the acquisition of One Digital, a data-driven agency focused on business performance. The deal aims to bolster the group's integrated solutions offering.

Paris – Publicis Communications, the creative hub of Publicis Groupe, announced on August 1, 2018, its acquisition of One Digital, a São Paulo-based agency specializing in data-driven business performance and creativity. The transaction aims to enhance the group's market position in Brazil.
Founded in 2003, One Digital currently employs 64 people and serves a portfolio of international and Brazilian clients. These include brands such as Ágora, American Express, Bradesco, and Norsk Hydro Brasil. Michelle Matsumoto will continue to lead the agency as CEO.
The acquisition integrates One Digital into Publicis Communications' existing network of 1,700 employees in Brazil. This move is expected to strengthen the group's capacity to deliver integrated, data-centric solutions to clients, particularly in an evolving market where technology plays a crucial role in consumer engagement.
