In Africa, Publicis Groupe has acquired Prima Integrated Marketing (Prima), a South African digital agency. Prima will be rebranded as Prima Arc and integrated into the Publicis Africa Group network. The company also took a stake in AG Partners, a pan-African network of communications agencies, enhancing its presence across 13 African countries.
In Latin America, the group has acquired Lead2Action, a prominent digital agency based in Mexico. Lead2Action will be integrated into the existing Publicis Mexico operations. This acquisition aims to bolster the network's digital talent and offerings in the region.
