Publicis Groupe merges SapientNitro and Razorfish into SapientRazorfish
Publicis.Sapient, part of Publicis Groupe, is merging its digital agencies SapientNitro and Razorfish to form SapientRazorfish. The move aims to meet growing client demand for digital transformation expertise at scale.

Paris, France โ November 21, 2016 โ Publicis.Sapient, a division of Publicis Groupe, announced today the merger of SapientNitro and Razorfish to create SapientRazorfish. This new entity is designed to combine the significant experience and technological capabilities of both businesses to better serve client needs for digital expertise at scale.
The merger responds to increasing client demands for digital-first business transformation, driven by connected consumers and a changing competitive landscape. SapientRazorfish aims to be a new type of digital transformation partner, capable of reimagining the future through customer centricity and delivering tangible change.
Clients are seeking transformation partners that can integrate expertise in both customer experience and operations. Alan Wexler and Chip Register have been appointed Co-CEOs of Publicis.Sapient, with Wexler also serving as CEO of SapientRazorfish.
