Advertising and communications group Publicis Groupe SA announced it has successfully priced an offering of EUR 500 million of notes due September 2030. The notes are being issued under the company's Euro Medium Term Note Program.

The bonds will be issued by MMS USA Holdings Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Publicis Groupe SA, and will be unconditionally guaranteed by the parent company. The fixed annual coupon rate for the notes is 4.125 percent.

Net proceeds from the bond issue are intended to fund the acquisition of LiveRamp. The acquisition remains subject to customary approvals and is expected to close by the end of 2026.
