Publicis Groupe Publicis90 Initiative Receives Thousands of Applications

Publicis Groupe has announced strong participation in its Publicis90 initiative, launched to celebrate the company's 90th anniversary. The call for entries, which closed on February 29, 2016, generated 3,555 eligible applications from 141 countries.

The initiative's website attracted over 138,000 visitors. In total, 5,996 candidates registered, with 3,732 completed applications submitted. The program is restricted to countries where Publicis Groupe operates directly.

France led in the number of submitted projects, highlighting the country's digital sector dynamism. Additionally, 305 projects came from students at various universities, and nearly 600 applications were submitted by employees as potential "intra-preneurs."

Selected projects will receive equity funding between €10,000 and €500,000, along with a year of mentorship. The 90 chosen ventures will also be invited to Viva Technology Paris, a major digital event co-organized by Publicis Groupe.
