Publicis Groupe Renews Leadership and Reappoints Arthur Sadoun
Publicis Groupe has reshuffled its leadership, renewing Arthur Sadoun's mandate as CEO and establishing a new extended management board, 'Directoire +'.

Advertising giant Publicis Groupe has announced significant changes to its leadership structure. The Supervisory Board, meeting on September 14, 2022, decided to renew Arthur Sadoun's mandate as Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer for a term of four years.
Alongside Sadoun's reappointment, the mandates of Anne-Gabrielle Heilbronner (Secretary General) and Michel-Alain Proch (Chief Financial Officer) were also renewed for four years. In a move to prepare for the future, Publicis Groupe is creating an expanded management board, branded 'Directoire +'. This new body aims to further integrate the group's core strengths in data, creativity, media, and technology, with a specific focus on supporting e-commerce and business transformation.
The 'Directoire +' will comprise Agathe Bousquet (CEO of Publicis Groupe France), Dave Penski (CEO of Publicis Media US), Carla Serrano (Chief Strategy Officer, Publicis Groupe), and Nigel Vaz (CEO of Publicis Sapient). This group is tasked with deepening the company's integrated 'Power of One' strategy.
Furthermore, Steve King, who has been instrumental in the group's growth, is taking on new responsibilities as Chairman of Publicis Groupe Europe. He will continue to oversee key accounts and mentor emerging talent within the organization.
