Publicis Groupe Strengthens Finance Team
Loris Nold will become Publicis Groupe's CFO in February 2024 and join the Management Board. Bruno Teppaz and Jean-Michel Bonamy will support Nold in their expanded roles.

Paris – Publicis Groupe announced on November 27, 2023, appointments and expanded roles within its finance department. Loris Nold will assume the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) starting February 2024 and will also become a member of the Group Management Board, following the supervisory board's decision on November 22.
To further strengthen the finance team, Bruno Teppaz, currently Group Controller, will have his responsibilities extended to include the role of Deputy CFO. Additionally, Jean-Michel Bonamy will return to Publicis Groupe as Deputy CFO, focusing on Investor Relations. Bonamy previously led the Group's Investor Relations department for four years until early 2019.
Both Teppaz and Bonamy will report directly to Loris Nold. Alessandra Girolami, VP Investor Relations & Strategic Financial Planning, will depart the company after presenting the 2023 year-end results to take on a new role at an international firm. She will facilitate a transition period with Jean-Michel Bonamy starting December 1.
