Publicis Groupe UK has strengthened its country model with the appointment of Ben Mooge as its new Chief Creative Officer (CCO). This strategic move underscores the company's commitment to placing creativity at the heart of its operations and leveraging its integration with data and technology for client benefit.
In his new capacity, Mooge will collaborate with Publicis Groupe UK CEO Annette King to drive the group's creative vision across its agencies. He will oversee the nurturing and development of creative talent and output, ensuring the delivery of effective creative solutions for clients.
Mooge brings extensive experience from the advertising industry. He began his career at Mother, progressing to Creative Director. He later co-founded the digital agency Work Club, which was subsequently acquired by Havas Worldwide. At Havas, he served as Executive Creative Director, leading the agency's turnaround.
The appointment is one of the first country-specific CCO roles, following the global appointment of Nick Law as Chief Creative Officer. Mooge will report to Annette King and Nick Law, commencing his role in September 2019.
