Publicis Groupe revealed its comprehensive artificial intelligence (AI) strategy, positioning the company to become the industry's first "Intelligent System," the company announced on Wednesday. This move follows a year of significant financial performance for the group, which reported a 6.3% organic growth in 2023, outperforming its sector for the fourth consecutive year.

The company plans to invest 300 million euros over the next three years to implement this AI-driven transformation. For 2024 alone, an investment of 100 million euros is allocated, with 50% directed towards personnel development through training and recruitment, and the remaining 50% for technology, including software licenses and cloud infrastructure.

The core of the strategy is CoreAI, a unified AI layer designed to connect Publicis' collective enterprise knowledge and client data. The objective is to empower all employees, transforming them into "intelligence partners" capable of leveraging data and AI to enhance strategic planning, media execution, creative production, software development, and operational efficiency. This platform is being developed in-house, utilizing the expertise of its subsidiary, Publicis Sapient.
