Pudu Robotics Enters Consumer Market with PUDU TOMO S Robot Mowers
Pudu Robotics is transitioning its commercial automation expertise into the residential sector with the launch of the PUDU TOMO S series, featuring automated blade maintenance.

Pudu Robotics has announced the PUDU TOMO S series, a line of robotic lawn mowers that marks the company's expansion from commercial service robotics into the home automation market. The product utilizes the company’s proprietary navigation and motion control technology, previously deployed in industrial environments.
A primary feature of the PUDU TOMO S is the SharpLoop system, which automatically sharpens the mower’s blades within the docking station. This mechanism aims to maintain consistent cutting quality while reducing the frequency of manual maintenance. The device is powered by high-torque motors capable of managing gradients of up to 45 degrees.
The mower employs LiDAR-based navigation and a Zero Edge Cutting design to minimize the need for manual trimming near obstacles. CEO Felix Zhang stated that the integration of commercial-grade reliability into residential robotics is intended to reduce routine garden maintenance tasks for homeowners.
