Pulnovo Medical has presented the clinical outcomes from its PADN-HF-PH trial at the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) Congress 2026. The results were simultaneously published in The New England Journal of Medicine.
The trial involved 264 patients diagnosed with PH-LHD. Data demonstrated a 51% reduction in the risk of clinical worsening among participants receiving the treatment. Furthermore, a 35.5% decrease in recurrent clinical events was observed.
The study also indicated sustained improvements in functional capacity, supporting the multi-dimensional therapeutic benefits of the company's pulmonary artery intervention. These findings highlight the potential of this approach for managing PH-LHD.
