PUMA India has partnered with Salesfloor to enhance its customer experience by connecting its online and physical retail operations. The collaboration utilizes Salesfloor's technology to link online shoppers with in-store associates for personalized shopping advice.

The initiative introduces a feature on Puma.com that connects customers with store associates or style consultants. Through this platform, shoppers can receive tailored recommendations on sizing, styling, and products via online chat, video interactions, and direct outreach. India is the first market where PUMA is implementing this customer engagement solution.

"We are happy to have partnered with Salesfloor in building a feature that has brought our online customers closer to our stores, further enhancing their shopping experience on Puma.com," said Vishal Gupta, Executive Director - Retail at PUMA India. The solution has been rolled out to 80 PUMA stores in India following a 2022 pilot.

He noted that this approach aims to improve customer engagement, loyalty, and drive business growth through a more targeted and tailored shopping experience. PUMA India operates 480 stores and maintains digital shopping platforms. The company plans to expand the rollout of this customer engagement feature to more stores throughout 2023.
