Purple Style Labs: Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop Q1 Net Loss Falls 12%, Revenue Up 13%

Purple Style Labs, the entity behind Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop, reported a 12% decrease in its net loss for the fiscal first quarter ending June 30, 2026. The loss narrowed to ₹88.1 crore from ₹100.3 crore in the same period last year. However, the net loss increased sequentially by 40% from ₹62.9 crore in the preceding quarter.

Operating revenue for the quarter saw a 13% rise year-over-year, reaching ₹119.4 crore, up from ₹105.7 crore in the prior year. On a sequential basis, revenue declined by 23% from ₹154.4 crore in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026.

Total expenses grew by 32% year-over-year to ₹202.1 crore. The company also reported a significant reduction in exceptional items, with an ₹8 crore loss related to employee stock options, down approximately 85% from ₹54 crore in the year-ago period.

This financial performance reflects the company's ongoing efforts to manage costs and enhance its market position. The reduction in net loss, despite a sequential revenue dip, indicates a focus on operational efficiency and profitability improvements.
