Globally, approximately 262 million young people are neither working, studying, nor in training.

Research indicates that a sense of purpose is crucial for younger workers. Many in Gen Z turn down roles that do not align with their values or offer growth opportunities. The short average tenure in early career stages suggests employers need to invest more in engaging and developing young talent.

Pyxera Global's William J. White Fellowship program aims to address this challenge by providing opportunities for young people in the social impact sector. The program focuses on removing barriers that prevent many talented individuals from entering the field. The company also partners with other organizations to offer vocational training and psychosocial support to youth.
