Qualcomm Sells Shadowfax Shares Worth $19 Million
Qualcomm Ventures, an early investor in logistics firm Shadowfax, has sold a significant stake of 5.71 million shares in the company for approximately $19 million.

Qualcomm Ventures, a venture capital arm of chipmaker Qualcomm, has divested a portion of its investment in the listed Indian logistics company Shadowfax. The sale involved 5.71 million shares, transacted through an open market deal valued at approximately ₹157.3 crore (about $19 million).
The shares were sold by Qualcomm Asia Pacific Pte Limited at ₹275.3 per share, representing a discount of 6.6% to the stock's closing price on Monday. Qualcomm was an early backer of Shadowfax, first investing in the company during its Series C funding round in 2018. At the end of June 2026, Qualcomm held a 2.26% stake in Shadowfax.
This transaction follows a trend of bulk deals involving Shadowfax. In recent months, private equity firm TPG has sold shares worth over ₹700 crore in multiple transactions. These sales occur as investors seek to capitalize on the recent surge in Shadowfax's stock price.
Shadowfax's stock has seen substantial gains, increasing by 29.3% in the past three months and over 122% in the last six months. This performance is underpinned by strong financial results. In the first quarter of fiscal year 2027, Shadowfax reported an eightfold increase in net profit to ₹65.4 crore, with revenue growing 65% year-on-year to ₹1,358 crore. The company also raised its full-year revenue growth forecast to 38-40%.
