Qualfon, a global provider of customer experience and business support solutions, has opened a new facility in Irving, Texas. The center will support a major financial services client and is expected to employ more than 700 individuals.
The Irving operation expands Qualfon's presence in North Texas, building on its 30 years of experience in the state. The new facility will handle customer interactions through both voice and digital channels, aiming to enhance the client's customer experience. CEO Alfonso J. Gonzalez stated the investment creates hundreds of new career opportunities.
As part of its commitment to employee development, Qualfon is extending its Rochat University education benefit to the Irving site. This program allows employees and eligible family members to pursue undergraduate or graduate degrees tuition-free, a benefit noted as rare in the industry.
Initial hiring focuses on customer care representatives for phone and live chat. As the center grows, roles such as supervisors, HR professionals, and IT support are anticipated. Qualfon highlighted the ongoing demand for customer experience services, particularly within regulated industries like financial services.
