Quantinuum Appoints Chief Legal Officer and Chief People Officer
Quantinuum has appointed Robin Schulman as Chief Legal Officer and Rory O'Byrne as Chief People Officer. Both will report to the CEO.

Quantinuum, Inc. has named Robin Schulman as its new Chief Legal Officer (CLO) and Corporate Secretary, effective July 13, 2026, and Rory O'Byrne as Chief People Officer (CPO), effective May 26, 2026.
Both Schulman and O'Byrne will report directly to Quantinuum President and CEO Rajeeb Hazra. Hazra stated that the appointments are significant as the company enters a new chapter as a publicly traded entity. He emphasized the leaders' experience in guiding technology companies through periods of change.
Robin Schulman brings over two decades of legal and leadership experience in high-growth technology companies. Her previous roles include CLO at GitLab, Couchbase, and New Relic, where she managed global legal strategies and drove sustainable growth.
Rory O'Byrne has more than 25 years of global human resources experience. He has led people functions at both publicly traded and private equity-backed companies across technology, energy, mining, and industrial sectors. Most recently, he served as Chief People Officer at Advanced Energy.
Quantinuum aims to make quantum computing practical for real-world applications. The company has commercialized ion-trap-based quantum systems and employs approximately 700 people worldwide.
